SHIPPING POLICY
Production lead time
Thunderlane suspension is built to order.
Our normal estimated production lead time is 4 to 6 weeks from the date that:
- full payment has been received;
- your order has been accepted;
- all required vehicle information has been supplied; and
- the final specification has been confirmed.
The 4 to 8 week period is an estimate rather than a guaranteed completion date.
We will contact you if additional information is required or if there is a significant delay.
Delivery
Delivery time is additional to the production lead time and depends on the destination, courier and customs processing.
Products may be dispatched by Thunderlane UK or directly from Thunderlane EU.
Tracking information will be provided where available.
You are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional delivery costs caused by incorrect address information, failed delivery attempts or refusal to accept delivery may be charged to you where reasonable.
UK import charges
For orders delivered to a UK address, Thunderlane UK will pay the applicable import VAT, customs duty and customs-clearance charges.
The customer should not receive an additional import charge for a normal UK order unless a different arrangement was expressly agreed before purchase.
If a courier contacts you requesting an import payment, contact info@thunderlane.uk before paying it.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including supplier delays, courier disruption, customs inspections, extreme weather, industrial action or shortages of components.
Where a substantial delay occurs, we will contact you and explain the available options.
Damage during delivery
Inspect the packaging and product as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
Report visible delivery damage to info@thunderlane.uk promptly, including photographs of:
- the outer packaging;
- the shipping label;
- the internal packaging; and
- the damaged product.
Keep all packaging until the issue has been resolved.
Risk and ownership
Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or to a person nominated by you.
Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received full payment.
